that wang xi really dug her own grave, i mean she was supposed to be part of shi hao harem too (just like that yun xi), but ig author had other plans, i mean in the novel, both shi hao and wang xi had feelings to each other, but in the end, author made wang xi leave shi hao, bcoz of wang clan involvement with the foreign race, and being a traitor, but point is wang xi really didnt know what their clan is doing, and that wang clan was main clan, while wang xi Wang clan is just a branch of that main clan, soo she cant really make decision…
honestly, its kinda same as that celestial clan, yun xi plot, like she cant betray her own clan too, even when celestial clan always tried to hurt shi hao, she never gone against that celestial clan even once… wang xi situation was smth like that too, thats why i think after destroying wang clan, maybe author can let shi hao and wang xi both be reconciled and start their new journey, just like how they did with shi hao and yun xi lol sigh
and dont get me wrong, i dont like that plot of yun xi and wang xi too, be it celestial clan or wang clan, but it is what it is, the difference is only the strength of yun xi and wang xi, like wang xi still holds good reputation, i mean strength, but yun xi was kinda weak in the plot.
