Synopsis : Fifth season of Doupo Cangqiong. The Great Continent of Combat Qi is a place where the strong rule over the weak. Xiao Yan, a once up and coming genius of the Xiao Sect, suddenly lost all his talent at the tender age of 11. Its like in life, when youre broke, everyone you hang around are broke and then when youre a millionaire suddenly the people around you are too because you find your self in those situations.
I thought Dou Sheng level was extremely rare but now they’re everywhere.
And why does Xio Yan seem weaker than before?
To be fair, this is a trope in a lot of donghuas. As the mc levels up, the environment gets tougher. Usually, it’s another country/planet/universe. RMJI, Renegade immortal, perfect world fall into this category, but do better world building.
The only notable exception i can think of is Soul Land 1, where the top tier players are known and limited in numbers.
It is rare. Only one dou sheng per every major sect exists. Those sects have a few ban shengs and alot of dou zuns.
yea they are still rare because the one he found are the cheifs or elder of 3 rd lagest beast tribe on the douqi continent, we will not see npc’s on dou sheng level like dou zun and dou jong, and now the only person worth his opponent are dou shengs, so its obivious that he will meet many dou shengs
nice next episode we finally see a real dou sheng battle
