Admin, is there a problem with DailyMotion? For the past 2 days all vids are “Publication in progress” and nothing loads. Can’t use the Russian server either because it always loads very poorly.

I have been watching this donghua since episode one, I really enjoyed it all the way to where he found his parents. After that, the story really feels like it has no real goals? What is he trying to achieve? The plot now is just him powering up and beating up people along the way. And it becomes very tiring when half the characters he encounters are so annoying and tries to bully him for no real reason. How are those idiots and hateful people able to cultivate without being killed before meeting Shi Hao?

I haven’t read the source material, but I believe there was a premonition of some kind of calamity that threatens to kill everyone he holds dear, and he wants to prevent it. I believe his goal of becoming stronger is so that he can fight the calamity.
Gotta pay more attention to the plot, mein dude, because there definitely is one.
– Right now he’s trying to resolve the two Immortal cultivator worlds from fighting each other due to the manipulations of the “Foreign Race” or w/e they’re called.
– If you recall, he kept rising and rising until he approached the top of his world. He’s following the will of the Willow Goddess, and iirc it was indirectly because of her that he experienced that past memory of the true Immortal World.
– In that past memory he saw that the Immortals were defeated and then somehow split into two by the Foreign Race so they could be manipulated into fighting each other for eternity, and thus never unify to defeat the Foreign Race.
What’s happening now is just the continued culmination and fallout of those events as MC unf-cks that whole thing.
