From Renegade immortal, pursuit of truth to i shall seal the heavens. Even Beyond the timescape has a horrible romantic arc and they all don’t make sense. Asian culture (lower Asia, upper Asia, Middle East) has always been about multiple wives even African culture is like that.

The studio declared donghua won’t follow harem route like novel and will devote his love only to Li Muwan and thats exactly why they twisted the scene with Mu Bingmei where they have sex in novel… the son of Wang Lin will be rewrited or adjusted without having much impact.. So dont worry about him getting the 3rd woman from this arc.. if it followed generic harem route I would have dropped this long ago.. Her name is Li Qianmei somethin (can’t really remember the exact name or how it is spelled) that Wanglin will meet in the future. He will promise to marry her with Li Muwan once Li Muwan wakes up. I am not a fan of it so I actually stopped reading the novel. So I made a comment hoping it is different with the Donghua version coz i really like this anime, and that’s how it started. However, i am not imposing it for the Donghua if it will follow that novel version. Although, I am hoping that it will be different, i cannot impose, i am merely expressing myself as viewer.
