Qin Yu is now a Grandmist Controller/Universe Creator, but this series feels kind of neglected from start to end with a lot of stuff left out. Maybe if I hadn’t read the novel it would feel more complete watching this donghua. I know other series also do this. I suppose reading novels can also be good because I can fill in the gaps. At least donghua adaptations are better than live action C-dramas when it comes to the cultivation

lots of questions are still unanswered, but theres the novel for that. all in all this series has been quite fun to watch.
