studio really ruined the power scale here once and for all. now, i cant even bear to watch it. they should learn from shrouding the heavens and sword of coming on how to do the animation
What’s wrongb with power scale? The fight is a spectacular light show! It’s a bit boring mix of punching and laser beams with no teamwork or tactics.
After seeing you sing praises to Shrouding the Heavens here and there, I decided to give it a try.
And honestly, after 6 episodes i don’t see it… to each their own, i guess.
Welp, after 10 episodes it does not get better. There’s no distinction between their levels up to Divine bridge. They all use the same flying swords, knives or household items. And MC beats his opponents no problem because he is special. So the power levels mean nothing from the start.
In terms of animation: watch ep1 of PW and StH side by side. SH had better graphics but the animation, camera work, cinematography is waaaay worse than PW.
