I have no idea what’s going on anymore.. so the duke was following the king orders.. why the king need women kidnapped.. but the flashback look like a dark church assassination.. also looks like the gates of hell opened and has released actual demons.. cat is cute.. i assume the humanoid is the ancient dragon.. no human lives 5000 years.. definitely a lizard man

Rarely a show makes me rage that much, but this is such bad adaptation. From pacing, side characters being forgotten or not having development at all, dropping mysteries left and right without a hint of explanation and then developing romance out of nowhere. That Alice thing had potential, but nothing explained and don’t get me started on Delia, even though she had the hots for Linley, they didn’t seem to speak more that 2 sentences when they’ve met every 2 or 3 episodes.
yea they left out a lot of stuff and they even changed the plot alot. paderson not supposed to die that quick when linley just joined them and not from the dark assassin guild.

I assume the pairing stuff wouldn’t work out anyway because mc didnt have noble status before his father funeral.. now mc got the status to make other families consider marrying their daughters into the house.. Delia makes no sense.. she got her grandfather to spend like 12 million on piece of artwork.. cause reasons? At least she got a kiss out of her investment lol.. no clue why she crushed so hard on mc.. she was the little sister of academy strongest.. wouldn’t she have suitors.. especially when her family is that rich.. Alice hoe behavior actually makes sense.. ntr the mc.. now she belong to the streets..
All of you guys are right on the money. Good thoughts and break down of the story. The Delia liking him and saying that’s my future husband was like wtf. They hardly even spoke the whole time. Then she has to leave all of sudden?
the pacing of this show is horrible
