If you want him in prison, you have to give him a few opportunities to do something illegal, when he screw up and use lethal attacks, that’s the right time to step in and jail him.

i mean ye feng can be still considered a stranger, she wants to recruit him but if she try to take first action, sword sect management wont see who is wrong and right, they will punish anyone depending on wht they think is beneficial and i think they will try to save xu tian cuz he is still a elder.. but with good reason, huomei can put him in jail for breaking life and death arena rules xD
