Yk.. I don’t mind little romance here and there, as i know he is going to end up alone(not spoiling, just know it from watching story so far). Leave that convo for another day.
What i question, i personally think that this donghua should be number 1 in 3d class or in all of donghuas even. Best animators and heavy investment can be seen. I am actually thankful to the creators that he has put his everything into it, its that good. Now for that good an animation and story, i felt the “kiss” of the kiss scene animation was bit lacking, i am not asking for weirding the tongue play or something but at the least lips should have been properly connected. This is just a comment as a viewer, i cant imagine for every small animation detail how much time and effort and specialization is needed for even making such a wonderful work, i am not criticizing the artist, i am just commenting my own thoughts. To me as a viewer i love stories and imagination therefore felt the “kiss” a bit lacking.
As someone who has read the novel this scene in the novel was more detailed. I also remember that the kiss itself was much more passionate but I understand that it’s not a big detail or maybe censorship played a part in it being a shorter and less detailed scene
