Ge Hong was the servant of a celestial. He was always standing on the tip of the sword belonging to his master.
After the celestial died, Ge Hong killed himself.
The fragments of the sword made a statue of the celestial and his servant on the tip of the sword. The statue of the celestial is making a seal with his hands and when one of the Li Family saw it, the slave imprint was forced to him. The Li Family always tried to search a way to remove the imprint but all their attempt failed. Only one of their ancestor was strong enough and tried to come abck to the statue with the help og the Ge Family. However, the ancestor was a remnant of the soul of the servant Ge Hong that was in the slave imprint and that all the lifespawn that gave away the Li Family made him able to take over the ancesor body. It’s why the Ge Family submit to him. The Ge Family are the descendants of the celestial. With their help and sacrifice, Gu Hong planned to revive his master but failed. In fact the failure was due to the celestial that was unwilling to sacrifice all his descendants and so, to revive.
Ten thousand years later, he took over the body of Li Yuan but failed once again as Wang Lin refused to help him and that his master was still not willing.
In the end it is supposed that he left Li Yuan body and came, once again on the tip of the sword with a remnant of the soul of his beloved master and that they flew out into the sky. Wang Lin doesn’t know if what he saw was real or unreal.
